Pricing

Three ways to train. One standard.

Private, partner or small group. The coaching doesn't change between them, only how many people are in the room, and what it costs each of you.

01 The options
  • Private

    1:1

You and me for the full hour. The assessment, the program and the pace are all built around one person.

The most individual attention. The fastest route if you're working on something specific.

  • Partner

    2:1

The same coaching, shared with someone you bring, whether a spouse, a friend or a colleague. You're both assessed and programmed individually.

Good if you train better with someone alongside you, and want the cost shared.

  • Small group

    3:1

Three of you, coached together, in a group you put together yourselves. Still assessed individually, still coached the whole hour.

The most economical way in, if you already have two people to train with.

Partner and small-group training is for people who bring their own partner or group. I don't match strangers together, and none of these are drop-in classes.

03 What's included

The same in every format.

  • 01

    Assessed individually

Everyone is assessed on their own, whichever format they train in. Nobody is handed someone else’s plan.

  • 02

    Coached start to finish

The full hour is coached. No handing you a sheet and walking away.

  • 03

    Tracked

Loads, positions and progress recorded session to session, so decisions come from what actually happened.

  • 04

    Explained

You learn why you’re doing each thing. Most clients want to understand their own training.

04 Availability

A small number of slots.

Twenty-eight sessions are available each week, five a day on weekdays and three across the weekend. A partner or small-group session takes one of those slots, not two or three.

Not sure which fits?

That's what the consultation is for. We'll talk through your goals, how often you can realistically train, and whether you have someone to train with.
